Find a community template or create your own. Standard columns include: Item #, Product Link, Description, Price (¥), BaseTao Order #, QC Photo Link, Status (Purchased/Arrived Warehouse/Shipped), Parcel #, Tracking Link, Notes.

Populate During Sourcing
As you browse and decide on items, immediately paste the link and details into the spreadsheet. This acts as your shopping list and order request form for your agent.

Update with BaseTao Order Numbers
After submitting the purchase request on BaseTao, copy the unique BaseTao order number they generate into your sheet. This links your spreadsheet entry directly to their internal system.
